Over 75 citations are provided below for studies that examine the role of dairy in improving nutrition for vulnerable populations.  This searchable, annotated bibliography focuses on research from low-income countries.   With a few exceptions, it does not include research conducted with European or American populations. 

We strive to provide a complete bibliography about dairy and improved nutrition for vulnerable populations. You will find both original research and literature reviews. While most citations are published, you will find "gray literature" as well. Please send suggestions to info@DairyForGlobalNutrition.org.
