USDEC to host symposium at Experimental Biology Conference 2015

By: USDEC

The prestigious annual Experimental Biology (EB) Conference awarded USDEC a three-hour time slot on Monday, March 30, for a symposium on dairy’s benefits, moderate malnutrition and protein quality. EB attracts the top life science researchers from around the world, representing over 65 countries in the field of nutrition. An estimated 13,000 domestic and international decision makers will attend the event held in Boston this year.

The USDEC symposium will feature the latest scientific advances from international researchers, as well as information designed to educate global nutrition policymakers, influencers and private voluntary organizations on the effectiveness of dairy and new methods to measure protein quality. USDEC-funded research will also be presented prominently.

USDEC cordially invites members to attend the event, sponsor a speaker or provide literature or samples of dairy ingredients (consumer sized) for distribution to attendees. For sponsorship opportunities or to receive invitations, please contact Dacia Whitsett-Morrow at dwhitsett@usdec.org or Veronique Lagrange vlagrange@usdec.org.
